I can give you some links and some recipes in the meantime if you let me know your preferences. One thing you can do right away is replace all your noodles with rice noodles and use corn tortillas instead of flour. You can also use almond meal for bread crumbs.

These are the meals I rotate minus week 8:

Week #1
Tuesday :
Tacos
Refried beans

Wednesday:
Turkey Chili
Fruit or veggie

Thursday:
Chicken Parmesan
Green beans
Noodles

Friday:
Asian Shrimp
Rice
Fruit or Veggie

Week #2
Tuesday :
Chicken tortilla soup
Fruit or veggie

Wednesday:
Short Ribs
Mashed potatoes

Thursday:
Italian casserole
Fruit or veggies

Friday:
Chicken & broccoli
Rice
Week #3
Tuesday :
Taco casserole
Fruit or veggie

Wednesday:
Beef stew
Fruit or veggie

Thursday:
Chicken cacciatore
Corn
Asparagus

Friday:
Country style ribs
Rice
Fruit or veggie
Week #4
Tuesday :
Green Chile Enchiladas
Raw fruit or veggie

Wednesday:
Cranberry Pork Roast
Sweet Potato

Thursday:
Spaghetti
Peppers

Friday:
Mongolian beef
Rice
Fruit or veggie

Week #5
Tuesday :
New Mexico stew
Fruit or veggie

Wednesday:
Ribs
Baked beans
Coleslaw

Thursday:
Salmon
Broiled zucchini
Fried red potatoes

Friday:
Bread/baked ckn legs
Rice
Fruit or veggie
Week #6
Tuesday :
Turkey & spinach taquitos
Veggie or fruit

Wednesday:
Beef brisket
Broccoli
Rice

Thursday:
Crockpot lasagna
salad

Friday:
Coconut chicken
Butternut squash
Week #7

Tuesday:
Traditional enchiladas
Fruit or veggie

Wednesday:
Jambalaya
Rice
Fruit or veggie

Thursday:
Pork chops
Fried potatoes
Fruit or veggie

Friday:
Chicken Scarpiello
Fruit or veggie

Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02763384199635348234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1712175786273275039.post-20122934386614899392012-10-21T11:21:28.593-07:002012-10-21T11:21:28.593-07:00Hi, Debbie! By any chance do you have your menus posted anywhere on your blog? We have three little ones from China and Taiwan, and I am fairly certain we are about to learn that at least one of them needs to be gluten-free, and I am looking for prepared menus (that small children would like) to try to get us through the transition from being a gluten-crazy family to a nearly gluten-free family. Just wondering if you might have that information posted for sharing. :-) Blessings, SleepyKnitter, rsfleenor at juno dot com www.20stuff.blogspot.comthesleepyknitterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16656285733945917516noreply@blogger.com
