The neighbors had a school break in February called Ski Week.
We decided to tag along on their vacation.
First stop, Old West Cinnamon Rolls.
Next stop, Pismo Beach, for shopping and views.
After driving a good part of the day we made it to our first destination, Cambria.
It is right across the road from Moonstone Beach.
Cambria is known for its gorgeous views...
...and beautiful sunsets.
In the morning it's just as beautiful.
There were lots of trees for climbing.
Everyone wants to play with Mia's hair since she has so much of it!
The next day was Hearst Castle Day! Dan and I haven't been there since Beth was six years old.
Nothing has changed since we were there. 😂
Back at the hotel, it's more tree climbing.
It wasn't until we were leaving that we saw the sign that said please don't climb the trees.
This never disappoints.
Next stop, The Madonna Inn, where each room is unique.
This is our room.
After a night at the Madonna Inn, we headed to Solvang.
And then it was home. Great trip!
