Dar, Sean, Dan and I decided to go visit Dawn and Bill up in Leavenworth, Washington.
Dar and Sean had to go during their Fall Break and Bill could only get off work in the middle of the week so we ended being up there for my and Dar's birthday.
This was the most beautiful drive ever - 2 1/2 hours of this!
The town sits at the base of a mountain.
It's a super cute German town, contrived however. Not like Solvang, which is an authentic Dutch down.

Dar and Dan made a nice book for me of wishes from family and friends for my 60th.
We didn't get to spend much time with Bill and Dawn after all as they had to drive to
Seattle to drop Jason and Nicole off at the airport. But we got to have a nice dinner with them.
Best sister ever.
